We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy sets out your rights and how to return an item.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an order for most items within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To cancel, email hello@alumandash.com with your order reference. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We refund the price and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof that you’ve sent them.

Unsealed cosmetics are exempt on hygiene grounds

Soap and other cosmetic products are sealed for hygiene reasons. If the seal has been broken, the 14-day right does not apply to that item — this is an express exemption under the same regulations. Unopened, sealed cosmetics can be returned as above. Candles and diffusers can be returned if unused and in their original sealed packaging.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. Email us within 30 days with a photograph and we’ll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

• For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is yours.
• For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return postage.
