Delivery

We ship across the UK. Orders are packed and dispatched within two working days; most arrive within two to three working days of dispatch. Delivery is calculated at checkout by the weight of your basket.

UK delivery rates

• 0–100 g — Large letter, £1.95 (2–3 working days)
• 101–750 g — Small parcel, £3.49 (2–3 working days)
• 751–2000 g — Small parcel, £4.99 (2–3 working days)
• Over 2000 g — Medium parcel, £6.99 (2–3 working days) and above

Soap is dense, so a few bars can move an order into the small-parcel band. The exact cost always shows at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Where a service includes tracking, we’ll send the tracking number with your dispatch email.

International

We don’t currently ship outside the UK. If you’d like us to, let us know via the contact page — it helps us decide where to add it.
